Can you explain the Gift Card policy?
A Tuck Studio Gift Card could be the perfect present for the hard to buy for, the plant lovers, the botanical admires or even the restless sleepers. We have something for everyone.
Simply choose the amount you wish to gift and we will send you a unique E-Card with the recipients name enclosed.
Gift card values can range from £10-£200.
In thanks for choosing to shop independent this christmas, if you decide to gift £20.00 or more we will add 15% on top of your value. Our gift to you.
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, they are valid both instore & online but cannot be exchanged for cash.
E-cards come with a unique reference code that is protected against theft or loss. So even if the recipient is a little forgetful and misplaces the email, we will always have another copy at hand.
Can you explain your collection Service?
To be more eco-friendly Tuck offers a free of charge collection service from 2 areas within Glasgow. We will be aiming to expand this service to the Southside by the new year when we have found a suitable partnership.
Our current collection points are:
1) East End - Our shop at 8 Kent Street, The Barras.
2) West End - Kelvin Pocket Cafe, 72 South Woodside Road.
Having a collection service reduces the wasted usage of carbon emissions for missed delivery drops by the postal service. It allows you to be in control of receiving your parcel and not only does it add a personal touch, you get to safe some money in the process!
What is the returns Policy?
Our in store policy for all products is no returns unless the product is damaged through fault of the maker. Although all of our makers are of the highest quality, we accept that slips do happen from time to time. In the event of a faulty product, we will aim to replace this with the same item, if not possible we will provide you with a gift card to spend in store or online valid within 6 months of the original items purchase date.
Our online policy for all products excluding living plants and flora, is an exchange or store credit within 7 days of the original purchase. You MUST notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel/ 45 Hours from placing the order. Contact us via email (email@example.com) if you wish to return your item/s. Return Postage is the expense of the customer unless the item arrived damaged in the post.
All 'changed mind' returns must be in resell-able condition when received back to Tuck.
Plants, Jewellery, Dried Foliage/Flora are non refundable and non exchangeable.
